Background:
Monica started her own business, ESS, in 1986, after 25 years in the corporate office environment and 4 years as an interior designer. The business evolved from executive support, typesetter and print broker to promotional products consultant.

In 1995, she became an independent representative of Geiger, the world's largest and oldest family-owned distributor of promotional products.
